This is the generic enrolment form for use in either the 2010/11 academic
year. The form is supplied with a user manual that describes how the
form can be modified. The form has is configured to suit Take2 users.
The download is password protected. Contact the Help Desk to obtain

Take2 version 10.1.1 is the first release in the version 10 series.
It incorporates a number of enhancements that have been requested
by our clients. You do not need to upgrade to version 10.1.1 in order
to complete the SDR in 2009, however Meta Office will cease to support
earlier versions of Take2 from 1 August 2009 so it is strongly recommended
that you do upgrade.
